Sorry....

I have been so far behind on this blog I promise to make it up I have been looking up projects and getting things ready to really get going on this!! If not tonight then tomorrow I will have alot more things up for you to enjoy!!! I have been super busy with a lot of things lately and I just have let other things go including my own house.....kinda scary in this place lately but it just gives me more things to show you!!

My Diaper Boxes!!!

I came across this idea the other day going through websites looking for ideas to decorate my house, and I have plenty of diaper boxes since we buy a box every two weeks...but potty training starts soon so we wont have them much longer. Any way I was cleaning up my basement and had to stop to make these so I could put things away I never had a place to put my blankets that me and my girls use on the couch during the day and in the basement it gets a little colder then the rest of the house, also I got tired of running up and down the stairs to get diapers and wipes so I wanted a place for them to. So I got a few of my diaper boxes :) I went to my linen closet and got out a sheet that I had extra (a twin sheet covered two boxes and still have a little bit of fabric left), and I added some ribbon for a extra decorative touch.

I didn't add fabric all the way inside because I knew these boxes I would only be in I did it far enough down so that if you are looking at them it looks like I did the whole box

Here they are on the shelves much better then looking at diapers, wipes and blankets on a shelf :) very happy with the result.

I will do a more extensive tutorial when I make the boxes for the play room :)

And we begin with the Kids

I have been going crazy to figure out what to do with the kids playroom always a mess and I have a hard time keeping up with that and the rest of the house. I want the kids to be able to help clean it up and keep it clean but I know the battle is going to get the kids to start helping, here is the before, I have a lot of work to do so it may take a while for you to see the after, this is only half the room there is still a walk in closet that is full of things they no longer play with. Can not wait til I get started on this so the girls can help clean up their messes.

The Intro

I am a busy stay at home mother of 2 little girls :) they are both two until the 15th then one of them will turn 3, they are the main thing that keeps me going everyday and the reason for getting me to do this site, I always look around at other sites to get ideas about how to organize my house and how to keep it clean and decorate for my chaotic house. Well I decided to create a blog to give ideas to others that may have some of same questions that I have. I may have some challenges that we all can work through together and may be able to work out some personal advice to get you were you want to be and make a home you are happy with and pass around ideas with each other.
